2 more rounds complete

I have to apologize for not updating in awhile. With the holidays coming up it has been a bit hectic and really with Cody getting chemo every couple of weeks it's pretty much the same so there really hasn't been any new news to share.

Cody is doing very well. He has completed two more rounds of chemo. The most recent one was Dec 6-10th. It was just Cody and Russ this time. It was good for the guys to have some time together. This chemo isn't as hard on him as the previous his hair is even growing back. Each round makes Cody feel a bit more sick. He just gets tired and nauseous but still feels a lot better than he did with the other chemo he had to have before surgery.

Now that they are home they are trying to get ready for the holidays and on top of that they have to head back to Texas the day after Christmas. Cody is scheduled for more scans, blood work, doctor consults, another round of chemo, radiation, and stem cell retrieval at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Appointments start that week after Christmas. They aren't sure exactly how long they will be in Texas this time but it could be up to a month again.

Please continue to keep Cody in your prayers. He has come a long way and has over come so much already but he still has a long way to go.

On behalf of our entire family I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Cheryl
